Patterns Galore

For some reason, I just couldn’t get enough prints to put on – I started with the shorts, then added the pop of color with the ikat print tank and said what the heck and added the silk blazer too. Although I got both looks of confusion and compliments, it was an easy breeze outfit for a perfect Spring day and definitely something I will repeat in the future. How do you feel about mixing prints? Too much or just right?

I’ve also been experimenting with new lipstick colors…I am usually a DIE HARD lip gloss kind of girl and am beyond addicted to MAC’s Lip Conditioner Hydrant with a little bit of Lustreglass in Instant Gold or Love Nectar for a hint of color and shine. Recently taking advantage of MAC’s awesome trade-in system, I’ve purchased a few new lip colors, Girl About Town being one of them. And although it’s been a slow transition, I’m beginning to love what a bright lip can add to any outfit.

Sparkle and Fade Blazer; F21 Tank {new but not online}; Loft Shorts; Prada Bag; Calvin Klein Wedges; Vintage Necklace; Urban Outfitters Sunnies {new, but not online}

Great look. I’ve been eyeing those espadrilles on the Bloomies website. Are they true to size?

This look is just so right on so many levels the prints clash and match all at the same time!!! I should even start on your prada arm candy…
