Who says you can’t wear sleeveless dresses during colder months?? This is one of the things I love about October – the weather isn’t too cold just yet so you can still be crafty with items of clothing you’d normally reserve for the spring or summer. Just throw on a blazer or vest on top or a turtleneck underneath and you instantly get more use out of a dress or top and an additional outfit for a few more months.
